Service begins once setup is completed and payment is confirmed. The Groove It system will be deployed to your venue and configured for your specific needs during the installation period.
Services are billed in advance based on the selected plan (monthly, 6-month, or annual). The initial payment covers your setup fee and first month of service. Subsequent payments are charged on the anniversary of your start date.
Services may be canceled at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For annual or 6-month plans, early cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your agreement.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not provided once the system has been activated and installed at your venue. Setup fees are non-refundable. We're confident you'll be satisfied, but if you have concerns, contact us to discuss solutions.
The Groove It system is provided and managed as part of your service to ensure consistency, quality, and optimal performance. Groove It maintains oversight of system configuration, music direction, and technical operations. Your venue team has access to designated controls and settings within the system.
Service access may be suspended in case of non-payment or violation of service terms. Access is restored immediately upon payment of any outstanding balance. Service is only active while your subscription is active; termination results in system deactivation.
Equipment installed as part of the Groove It system remains under Groove It management and oversight. Your venue is responsible for the physical protection and reasonable care of installed equipment. Any damage beyond normal wear is the financial responsibility of the venue. Upgrades and replacements are managed by Groove It.
All music curation, sound design, system architecture, and programming are proprietary to Groove It. You may not replicate, redistribute, or reconstruct the system without explicit written permission. This includes music selections, programming logic, and system configuration.
